Well, Catching Fire, sequel to Hunger Games just came out today. Of course it has to come out when I’m in the middle of nowhere (yes, I checked the town’s one bookstore…) and in one of my busiest weeks of the year. Still, I will hopefully get a copy tomorrow and start reading as soon [...]
I always meant to read Pride and Prejudice and Zombies

So I’m going to post some “mini-reviews”. Reviews that aren’t as in depth as my normal ones, but hopefully still good enough [...]

Seriously… so many good books they could make into movies, and they just go right for [...]
Jessica Day George is writing one more book about Creel and Shardas. I can’t wait for this book! I’ve been in love with this world and characters (not to mention the author!) since Dragon Slippers, and I can’t wait to see what happens next. Coming April 2009.
“I will tell you two things, though. [...]
WOW. WOW WOW. Coraline in 3D was amazing.
I can barely even tell you how the story was, because I just couldn’t get over how amazing the visuals where. Its been a few years since I saw anything in 3D, and I didn’t realize how far the technology has come! It was seamless… 3D used [...]
I haven’t blogged on this before, but there is a great database called the Children’s Book Review Wikipedia, where I usually cross post my reviews and where I check for reviews on books I’m thinking about reading. A number of other bloggers post there as well, and I encourage you to check it out.
